Healing from the inside out may not sound sexy, yet it is crucial! Finding the right strategy makes a world of difference, I’m talking from experience. I have fought my very own battles against bad acne, fatigue, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, and gut problems for many years.

Harmful contraceptive pills, diet plans, supplements, skincare products, you name it.  Nothing worked and it just seemed to keep getting worse and so I gave up until things got completely out of hand. My health just gave up and said enough, while it was the most difficult of my life it was possibly the most awakening time when ‘I’ became reunited with care, respect, and nourishment for my own body.

It was time for a change and the moment I began to do things the right way, magic happened! Just imagine how the right approach will create magic in your life. As a nutritionist, my mission is to help people FEEL GREAT, AGAIN, to discover their optimal health, happiness and longevity.

I found my passion and respect for the human gut microbiome while studying nutrition in Edinburgh. The truth is, there are trillions of microbes that are eager to live in a well-balanced harmony with you. However, while there are the good guys that maintain our health, provide us with strong immunity, healthy skin, sharp mind and heaps of energy, the bad guys if feeding correctly take over, simply put. So, the good old saying you are what you eat is not that far in view of the fact that what you feed your gut microbiome reflects on who you are.
